Accounts Assistant (Invoicing) - Melaka

IMMEDIATE REPORTING

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • All sales invoices are billed to customer timely, accurately and comply with Accounting Policies and internal control requirements.
  • Ensure sales invoice are captured correctly to reflect actual sales revenues.
  • Ensure GST are charged accurately.
  • Non-credit term invoices are informed to customer for payment during invoicing process.

 

Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum LCCI or any other relevant accounting qualifications.
  • Possess 1-2 years related experience particularly in invoicing.
  • Computer literate and familiar with ERP system, such as Navision, Oracle, Acc Pac, etc.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  • Hands-on and attention to details.
  • Operationally, transaction, details and regulatory.
  • Able to work immediately and sense of responsibility.

 

Senior Sales Manager - Melaka

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach & supervise a team of sales personnel at different 
    locations and countries.
  • Implement and review KPIs of sales personnel to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies with the ultimate goal of maximizing profits and market share while ensuring customers’ needs are met.
  • Monitor market trends that indicate the need for new products and services and oversee product development.
  • Prepare sales proposal, tenders and contract/agreement for clients.
  • Drive sales team in attaining assigned sales target by managing key accounts, source and identify new/potential account, re-activate inactive accounts.
 
Job requirements:
  • Possess at least Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Possess more than 7 years of in-depth background in all aspects of sales and business development.
  • At least 3 years of proven track record in a sales managerial role particularly developing and leading a team within the service industries.
  • Possess selling and CRM skills with high competency in product knowledge. Prior experience in Sales Force or any other CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical mind, good planning and organization skill.
  • Result oriented with high integrity and commitment to responsibilities.
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive leadership skill.
  • Proven project management capability including ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to be based in Melaka.
