In response to the recent announcement by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD), we wish to inform you that the Service Sales Tax (SST) rate will be adjusted from the existing 6% to 8%, effective from 1st March 2024. This adjustment is in accordance with the mandatory requirements outlined in the Sales Tax Act 2018, Service Tax Act 2018, and other relevant SST regulations.

To comply with this announcement, we will be issuing invoices reflecting the new SST rate of 8% for our services effective from 1st March 2024 onwards. For more detailed information on SST, you may also refer to the Royal Malaysian Customs Department SST website: http://mysst.customs.gov.my.
